Auto Insurance Claims: car accident with minium insurance, oncoming traffic, red car

Question
My lawyer sent a letter to me stating he 's resigning on my case  7 months after my car accident ,due to economic value. both drivers have a 15/30 min liability .I live in NJ
I was involve in auto accident . I was heading north. she a red car ,was heading south the red car, southbound driver made a left turn in my path and we collide, causing me to roll over.  the police report has 6 witness. 1 person said that i sped up to beat a yellow light and hit the person who turned in front of me.  all others saif the light was green .We both were traveling on the same road just opposite direction .No tickets were issued. Because the police said we both sustain traumatic injuries, he isnt going to issue any citation. Is there an attorney out here willing to take my case? or am I at fault. According to the rules of the road the person making a left turn must yield to oncoming traffic  . So i'm confused. is he implying ,that I don't have a case  and is sparing my feelings of saying its not enough money because both policy are low ? I don't no what to do I need help ? please ? Do you think I'm at fault? any advice . I really appreciate the help.. Thank you

Answer
Hi Kelly,

No you are not at fault. You just need to call a number of attornies. You will find one that will take your case. You can also call your current attorney and ask him to explain exactly why he dropped your case. Maybe he knows something that you are not yet aware of.

I hope this helps
