Auto Insurance Claims: Auto insurance claim, auto insurance claim, living in canada

Question
Hi, I am living in Canada, and I hope you might help me to resolve my question. In the month of December, I was supposed to live the country and I decided to call my insurance Co to cancel my insurance because I was supposed to be away from the country for a while. When I called, I ask to speak with my agent and she wasn't there and somebody else from the company talk to me. I said to that person that I wanted to cancel my policy and she ask me why, I told her the reason and she did not want me to cancel my policy and ask me to take a two way coverage because I just had one way on my car. I told her no and she started telling me what could happen to my car and my car won't covered if those kind of accident will happen. Finally I accepted to take that policy and 2 weeks before I leave the country I got an accident. My cousin and I went to Wal mart it was 9H45 PM, I parked the car in the parking and we went to the store. after spending an hour in the store we finally  left the store and we get back to the car. that day it was snowing and cold also. when we get to the car, my cousin realize that the front bumper, the finder, and the door of the car from the passenger side were hit, He noticed that to me and I went to his side to see what was really happen. nobody in the parking could told us what happen, my cousin went in the wal mart to know if they had a camera in the parking and the answer was no. we went to the police station wish was already close and they ask me to come the next day, what I did and I call my insurance who told me that what to do, and they decide to make an investigation when their body shop send them the the price of how much it will cost them to repair my car, I  receive a call of the investigator with who I made my statement on the phone, he ask me to send him a bill of sell of the car which I did not have because that car was a gift  from my cousin. finally my send him a copy of a bill of sale, then one day the investigator call me and told me that there were two bill of sell with different price I told that I never saw those bill of sell and as a proof my cousin and not send him that bill of sell, they made doing an examination under Oath and the examination was great because my lawyer did not say any word during that examination, at the end my lawyer told me that the insurance is going to try to deny the claim even he think that I did great during the examination. also, the insurance breach the contract they took more than 60 days to resolve my case, they told me that my car was a total loss and they kept my car during 2 months, finally after putting a pressure on the insurance they told me by phone that my claim was denied and they send me a letter after a week. when I took my car, the car did not start because the pump was gone and I paid for a new pump, there is more problems in my car now that even a mechanic told me to just sell the car. As a student it is not easy to get a lawyer now, this is why I wanted to get some advices how I  can sue my insurance company or any advice which can help to go ahead with my case.

Answer
Eddy,

I cannot answer your questions.  Your case is way too complicated.  It seems your insurance company is accusing you of fraud.  I suggest you do whatever it takes to obtain legal counsel and sue for breach of contract, or bad faith.  Canadian law is out of my specialty.  I am sorry.
