Auto Insurance Claims: Walmart tires !!, Wal-Mart Damaged My Tires

Question
I had four new tires put on my SUV at Walmart.
Went back because the car didnt seem to be riding right.
They said the one tire was just low on air.
I dont drive many miles maybe 10 a week...
Last week I took a around trip and my drivers side tire blew off
dueing $7000.00 damage to my car.

When the wrecker arrive the guy told me right away this was due to lug-nuts not being tightened enough when the tire were put on. It stripped 2 off them and the others were loose cause the tire to fly of and tear most of my fender off.
I WAS VERY LUCKY!!!!  i wasnt hurt and there were no other cars coming or the would have been struck by the tire and flying fender and material from the side of car.
Had to have car towed as not able to drive.  The guy ast body shop confirmed the damagae was caused by lug-nuts and tires not being put on properly.
CALLED Walmart where I got tires put on and they said they would contact there Claims management dept.
Got a call the next morning from claims management dept asking what happened and if I was alright..Gave them the full report of what happened in turn he cslled the body shop got the information and they sent estimate of damage. That was a week ago (WEDNESDAY)02-10/2016)HAVENT HEARD FROM WALMART SINCE....
In meantime my car is sitting in shop in the city I was in I had to get aride back to my home city and rent a car.  Both myself and the auto repair person have left serval messages for the Walmart Claims person and he DOESNT RESPOND!!!! dO YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE WHAT I SHOULD do??? i just want to get tis settled and GET MY CAR BACK>....

Answer
Geez.  Well, unfortunately, the answer in your case is an attorney and a lawsuit.  No joke.  Without the help of an expert, Wal-Mart will just ignore you guys and offer some token to settle your troubles at some point in the future when and if they feel like it.  The only way to get their attention is to hit them in the pocket book and force them to answer a lawsuit.

I didn't want to waste your time with all you could do to prove you are a threat to them because the bottom line is that if you don't sue, they will not pay you for your damages.  If they were too worried about it, they would be calling you.

I'm sorry I don't have a magic answer on this one.
