Auto Insurance Claims: PI, auto insurance company, disability insurance

Hi:

If I file a case against a driver that hit me, do their Auto insurance company also contact my disability insurance (since I have been on disability/disabled before the accident)?

Hi Ema,

If you are claiming injuries due to the accident, the insurance company will want to see all of your past medical records. So they may request info from your disability company to see if there is any overlap in the injury from the accident and the reason for your disability.
