I had a minor accident in parking lot, my car had minor damage and no other party involved. What if I want to repair my car at a body shop i choose, that their estimate is higher than my insurance company's estimate?

Hi Michael,

You simply put your caer in the body shop of your choice. Give the shop a copy of the estimate written by your insurance company. The shop will then call your insurance company and negotiate any remaining costs needed to properly repair your car.
