Auto Insurance Claims: car theft and fire, insurance denial, last key used

Question
My car was stolen and set on fire while I was out of town. The person handling my claim mentioned she had to do her investigation and then she mentioned a special investigations unit would investigate even deeper. They havent asked me for any specific documents but she did ask me who my cell phone provider was. Do they do something with cell phone records? If so, what are they looking for? Are they looking for specific phone calls? Are they trying to see if you cell registered that you were out of town at a certain time and date? Just curious because this whole thing is new to me and this car loss has had me stressing and crying everyday and I have read other peoples stories and it seems that when the special investigation unit get involved they start to treat you like a criminal.

Answer
Hello,

Many of your questions can be answered by going to http://www.autotheftexpert.com

Fraud is a serious problem however in order to make a profit, it is standard procedure to deny claims based not on fact, but on innuendo and assumption. Just about everyone of our clients goes through what you are going through.
Once the claim hits SIU, I can almost guaranty your claim will be denied. See, it has nothing to do with you being innocent. You are guilty until proven innocent.

These cases take years to resolve. The insurance company is trying to link you to the theft. Facts, mean nothing and in civil court all they need to do is make it appear you were involved.

They will now hire a s-called "Independent" forensic locksmith who will state your car was last operated with a key of the proper type. They commonly cannot prove this, but these people scam the courts with net opinion masqueraded as fact.

The truth of the matter is if the vehicle is a total burn, there is no possible way they can conclude how the vehicle was last operated.

Our firm is the only firm that works for insurance companies and insureds. We oppose these experts and make them prove their statements. These boys and many of the larger carriers don't care for us and there is plenty of unfounded hate material on the web about us.

They are scared of being exposed. They had to dig back to 1985 to find a alleged disorderly conduct conviction on me. I question the accuracy even on this, but smearing is what these "professional" experts do.

They have made every attempt to ruin me with no success. If this is done to me, just imagine what they do to the innocent insured.

After you review the site, give a call and we can discuss your options.
