Auto Insurance Claims: dui, total loss auto

I was in an accident.  I was trying to not hit a deer and I wrecked my car.  The police came and ems.  I did not damage any property or myself.  I was drinking.  I did blow over the limit.  Will my insurance company cover my car?  I have full coverage and have been a safe driver on the policy for 15 years this is my first ticket.

Yes, they should cover your car. But they may rise your rates or "non-renew" your policy.
