Auto Insurance Claims: Bodily Injury Suit/Vehicle Title, injury suit, bodily injury

Question
Not at fault accident.  Vehicle has been repaired and paid for.  Bodily injury suit has been filed.  Lawyer is requesting the Title to my vehicle, past tax info for the last 5 years, medical info, & list of all employment with last 5 years.  Why would he need my Vehicle "Title"?

I'm not sure why he would be requesting that document, but may be interested in the status of the vehicle, such as it being a reconstructed vehicle from a former total loss. That information would be on the title. He may want to know if there is a lien on the car, which might give him some insight into your personal finances.
