Auto Insurance Claims: PERSONAL WAGES, legal liabilities, automobile insurance

If I do not have sufficient automobile insurance to cover medical bills for the other driver and passengers, and I am at fault in an autobile accident, can I be sued for my personal wages to cover the remaining costs.

Hi Tom,

This is obviously not my expertise howver; I will give you some suggestions. It may be difficult financially, but get together a couple hundred bucks. Contact a local attorney, set up an appointment and discuss your situation with him/her. This may be the best investment because the attorney can tell you what options you have. If you don't do this, you could be jeopradizing your future.
You need to know your legal liabilities now before it is too late!
