Answer
Hi Mimi,
Since you carry full coverage, your insurance company will pay the full amount to repair your vehicle, less your deductible.

When you report this accident to your insurance company, you need to give them the names of ALL occupants of the vehicle.

Your company is not interested in getting their side of the story, but they do want to get a signed release saying that they are not injured so you don't get suprised with a lawsuit a year or two from now.

I hope you find this information to be helpful.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
