Auto Insurance Claims: sueing, auto insurance company, insurance companies

How do i get another auto insurance company to pay for the damage that their customer did to my car? I sent them all the info. i had. It has been over 14 working days since they have received the info. and letter i sent with it. I do not want to wait anymore and my insurance will not do anything.I want my money.

Hi Ju,

Sometimes insurance companies can be very slow to respond. You just need to call every day until you get a response. Legally they have up to 30 days to respond to your claim. You just have to make some noise to get the to respond.
