Auto Insurance Claims: How to list pain and suffering in the demand?, car accident injuries, mental anguish

Question
In the case of the soft tissue car accident injuries such as medical bills $3000 without permanent injury, should the pain and suffering be listed separately in the demand or it should be included in the total demand and why? Thank you for your answer.

Answer
Hi Ryan,

You should list out all of your medical bills. Then state the amount of your total demand which includes the medical bills, lost wages, pain & suffering, mental anguish, loss of consortium, inconvenience and any other items you are claiming as part of the total.

I hope this helps
