If someone on my policy was involved in an accident, and was cited with a DWI, will my insurance policy cover the damage to the vehicle?

Hi Byron-

Based on the information you have provided, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't.  If they are on your policy the damage of the vehicle will be covered up to the fair market value of the car less the deductible as long as you have collision coverage on the vehicle.
