Answer
Hi Danish,
First, you need to make contact with both owners before they make a hit-and-run report to the police department.  If you can't find the owner/driver, then leave a note on each windshield stating that you hit their car along with your name, address and telephone number.
Leaving your insurance company name and policy number is optional in most states.
If you are able to contact the owners, get their name, address and telephone number so it can be given to your insurance company when you report the accident.
With most insurance companies, you have the ability to make an accident report 24/7 by using a 1-800 number.  Find the number for your insurance company claims and immediately make a telephone report.  If you can't locate the proper number, then call your agent on Monday morning.
You stated that both cars were parked and unattended.  On this basis, you will be considered 100% at fault.  In all states, if you hit a non-moving object, be it a tree, rock, metal pole or parked vehicle (whether or not it is legally parked), you are considered at fault.
I hope this information has been of help.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
