Auto Insurance Claims: Hit And Run, farmers insurance, ryan robertson

Hello there a few weeks back my car was hit in a parking lot, no one left information and their was no witnesses or cameras in the parking lot, I just Bought my 06 aveo ls 5 hatch back and i live in Washington with farmers insurance, i have full coverage with a 500$ deductible i was wondering if my rates will go up (clean record, no accidents good grades but 19, and male) and the car is under my parents names who also have the rest of their vehicles fully insured as well as our house and i believe our camper as well. i was wondering what exactly i need to do, the estimates are at $1800-$1500 for the damages that were caused. any suggestions would help! thanks

Hi Ryan-

Your rates only go up when you are at fault in an accident.  Since you were not at fault this accident will not affect your rates.  Go ahead and turn it in.  Call 800 help point to turn in a claim with Farmers.
