We have injuries and ongoing treatments but do not know how to find out for myself what her policy limits are? We have attorney he said wait until all of the medical and loss of income comes in then he will provide more information, Can I find out for myself  coverage limits?

Answer
Hi Candace,

In most states the at-fault persons insurance in not required to tell you how much coverage is available. This is so you will not run up bills thinking there is no limit. They want you to worry that there might not be enough coverage.

The only thing you can do is to stay in touch with your attorney. He or she will be the best source of information on your case.

I hope this helps
