Auto Insurance Claims: insurance, insurance web, formal complaint

my vehicale was stolen in aug of 2007 the claim agent is still asking for recorded statments that i have already givin. the car has never been found and i have not recived and payment and it is jan. 2008 what should i do

Hi Chris-

Make sure you are cooperating in every way with them.  If they need addidtional statements in order to process the claim and you are not cooperating then it will hold things up.  
If it seems that they are not responding even with your cooperation, then look up the Department of insurance web site for your state and make a formal complaint.
