Auto Insurance Claims: Adjuster denied my claim, trade insurance, maughan

Question
I live in California and was driving up a single lane road about 100 feet before my right hand turn I put my signal on
and as i slowed to make a safe right turn another driver
from behind me and tried to pass on my right side doing 6000
in damage to the back passenger door and panel. we trade
insurance information. couple days later his adjuster called
and he had completely lied to him. So I told him how it happen and his Adjuster agreed with me and said off the record that the evidence of the damage of the truck
proved it had happen like I said but 2 weeks later I got a letter saying I made a unsafe turn and was denied
But after I called and was persistent, now they have a second adjuster looking at this. What if he denies this ?

Answer
Hi Derek-

It sounds like you are doing good so far.  If they deny it again, ask your insurance company what their dispute process is.  After that the next option is to go to court.
Buy a disposable camera and put it in your glove box from now on.  Take pictures at the scene in order to have more evidence.  Try to get a witness if possible.  The policy won't usually respond if there are no injuries involved, but if I ever have a case when I think a police report will be needed to help my case- I will answer honestly that I am not sure if I am injured or not.

Good luck with your case
