Auto Insurance Claims: Are Auto insurance adjusters subject to HIPPA laws, insurance adjusters, voice mails

Question
I was in an auto accident last fall and currently trying to settle with the at fault party's insurance company. I gave the adjust my work telephone # to reach me at during my work hours. Rather than calling the # I gave her she called the # at the bottom of a fax I sent her which is actually my boss's cell phone. I never gave her permission to leave me messages at work in fact a week before I advised her I wanted to communicate by email in the future. She left voice mails with specific information such as the type of injury I sustained, where I was treated, the settlement offer, ect. What should I be doing with this information?

Answer
Everyone is subject to HIPPA laws.  I doubt this would be considered a violation though.  She called you at a number you provided.  She did not know this was someone else's number.  She did not provide good service, and made a mistake, but i doubt it is a violation of the law.
