I was in an auto accident on Nov 13. i was not injured but my a wreck. it took them insurance company till today which is Nov 27 to put me in a rental. they incovienced my life so much and i just went through this less that a year ago. eventhough there was no pain can they pay me for suffering cause i have been

Hi Latoya,

Unfortunately, you can not be compensated for inconvenience. However, the insurance company does owe you for the loss of use of your car from the date of the accident until you received a rental car. The amount is generally $15.00 per day for the 13 days you did not have a rental car. This would total $195.00.
