Auto Insurance Claims: insurance delaying, radiator leak, runaround

Hi I jus added a 2000 celica to my policy and although it had minor problems like no power steering and a radiator leak I was patching it along there was no body damage well I hit a deer after I had it about a week. Now insurance is giving me the run around what all I can I do to asure they fix what damages the deer caused... on the opposite side of the deer hit there is damage from it getting keyed before I got I don't want that to throw off my claim as fraudulent or something

The best thing you can do is be completely honest with them about what you know and the condition of the vehicle before the loss.  You mentioned "the runaround" but no details, so I'm not sure what you mean.  If the claim rep is not explaining tings or returning calls, you should ask for his/her manager.
