my husband is in the military. the only health insurance that i have is tricare with the military

Is this part of your answer to a question I asked you.  I looked over my answers for recent days and I did not find a question from you.  Hence, I am mystified as to what you want me to do.

If you were in an accident, then tricare is an excellent resource for you.  Take advantage of it and give thanks that the military does have this good health care system.

The system may exercise its subrogation rights when you collect from the third party, but that is the same as your own car insurance would do.
