Auto Insurance Claims: Personal Injury Settlement, personal injury settlement, new england states

Question
Hello again Bennie,

I apologize for responding to your answer as a new question, but curiously, I did not get a message from this forum in my email, and without that, I don't know of a way to provide feedback for your excellent advice.

Yes, I have read Dr. Settlement, and he is great.  I originally picked up the term "tortfeasor," though, from my brother, who is an attorney (not personal injury and who does not practice in my state).

Thanks so much for the helpful advice and for a lighting a fire under me!  I thought that I was okay timewise since there are five months left on the statute of limitations and I have received most of the documentation from my providers that I've requested.

I hope that you don't mind if I ask a follow-up question in the next few days once I sort through all of this.

I sincerely appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions so thoroughly.  I submitted another email address in the hope that I will be able to give you the feedback that you earned.

Thanks again.

Yes, please send me follow-up questions as you feel need.

I guess 'tortfeasor' is a New England states term.  Even spellchecker did a kickback when I used it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Bennie
