Auto Insurance Claims: claim for theft of my car, auto theft insurance SIU investigation EUO, Anti Theft Systems

Question
my car was stolen and honestly i can confirm in all honesty that i was not party to theft of my car and neither do i have any knowledge of those who stole my car. I have truthfully filled the insurance claim forms, submitted police report letter, posted car keys. I have authorised dvla to give any information required by my insurance company. They have also been able to telephone the police for any additional information. Out of the blue now they want to subject me to a telephone interview. My only concern is that at 68 my memory is far from perfect and suspect that they intend to confuse me by may be firing one question after the other with view to negate my claim for and old car worth about 1600 pounds. I also feel nervious. Must i face this interview or can ask them to email what ever they want to find out. This is my first theft claim out of 35 years insurance contribution. please please help.

Answer
Hello,

You need not an attorney at this time. You seal your fate for years with no guaranty of a successful resolution. If the time comes we think you need an attorney, we may even refer one to you.

If you have to go through the interrogation, you might as well have fun!!!!

We do!

Check this out-http://www.autotheftexpert.com
and you will say "This is me!"

There is information up there that has never been put out before and much more will be available. It should answer some of your questions and make you realize we know the insurance investigation end by the quite well.
We know the inferior experts they use that will say anything for the insurance buck. Yes, their "independent" experts have been commonly been shown to be incompetent in court, but they are bought and paid for by the insurance industry.
My 21 page condensed CV (resume) is there and I will be putting up all the consultants and experts background up shortly. Be prepared to be very impressed and at ease if we are hired.

Call 866-490-1673 if in US or Canada or 903-662-7920 any time.

No, you can't do an interview by email. Also, you have to fully cooperate or they will deny for non-cooperation. This time in your life can be challenging or you can turn it all into fun in which we all intimidate the investigators by throwing them off their game. We take their playbook and turn it on end.
We are not anti insurance. We are just leveling the playing field for the insured and keeping everyone honest.
In the event we are lie to or we see indications of fraud, we will be more than glad to assist with the prosecution of the insured. They have a very big problem with insurance fraud and there is no way I will have my name associated with a scheme to defraud the insurance company.

Have one investigation consulting right now that they have shot themselves in the foot. They don't know how to handle our involvement. SIU figured he would turn over to attorney, attorney doesn't want it. This investigation is like a hot potato. Have more like it!!
We are not lawyers nor do we give legal advice, but this is their investigation stage. No lawyer that knows nothing about this involved at this time.
They don't want it, but we are the "independent" forensic examiner on the car/ignition to offer a second opinion. They don't want that-tough!
We are their worst nightmare come true. 20 years insurance SIU experience, auto theft, hundreds of hours of sworn testimony, thousands of insurance examinations, have been involved in the repair of more than 10,000 theft recoveries and the list goes on and on. We even the playground for the insured! We know the process better than most SIUs!

Look forward to hearing from you and everyone else in this situation.
