Auto Insurance Claims: car insurance claim, state insurance commissioner, soft tissue injuries

Question
my car was struck from behind pushing my car in to car infront. The rear drinver was the sister in law of the driver infront. the front driver owns an accident companyand offered to take my claim and get my money. the owner of the rear car owns a post office and i registered at a address. her husband is the brother of the owner of the claim company. now the insurance says the other 2 parties are linked so its a fraud when its a genuine accident. i have a clean record and never been involved in any accidents before. they are demanding money. what do i do.

Answer
Dear Shahid Hussain,

I would go to the state insurance commissioner http://www.settlementcentral.com/links.php

and file a complaint versus the insurance company.  Steer away from dealing with the insurance claim company and do your own claim.

Also, if the accident had any real trauma involved, you might have sustained soft tissue injuries.  Do not even discuss settlement of your claim until enough time has gone by to see if you suffered injury.

Best wishes,
