I was hit from behind, I in turn slammed into the car in front of me.  Who will be responsible for my front and rear damage, the damage to the car in front of me, and damage to the car behind me?

Hi Jalise,

If as you say you were hit from behind and then pushed into the vehicle in front of you, the person at fault is the driver that hit you from behind. He/she will be responsible for all damage that happened as a result of he/she hitting you in the rear.
