Auto Insurance Claims: injury settlement, demand letter, information release

I was involed in an auto accident 3 weeks ago, i am still have shuolder & leg pain. however i had go back to work every day i hurt my medical bills are about 8000 now when should i sent a demand letter. is it ok to sign the forms reguesting my medical record that the adjuster sent me

Hi Eartha,

Yes you need to sign the medical information release forms. When you fee you have gotten as good as you are going to get and your doctor has released you. Then you send your demand letter. If the insurance company does not treat you fairly, you should seek the advice of an attorney.
