Auto Insurance Claims: denied claim, collision coverage, insurance company

My truck had a damage by other truck driver. And end of to hearing I am pleaded not guilty and other insurance company. already settled to case and decided I am guilty but that happened before the hearing now both my insurance and other insurance company. denied to pay my damage.What should I do?

Unfortunately, I am not able to fully understand your question, but I will do my best.

What happens in court has no relationship to what the insurance companies do. If you have collision coverage on your truck, then your insurance company has to pay to repair your truck less your deductible.

As far as the other truck, I do not know how the collision happened, so I can not answer a liability question.
