Auto Insurance Claims: denied coverage, own insurance, left turn

Question
I went around a person illegally stopped on the right side of a one-lane road,
and she suddenly made a sharp left turn without signalling. I hit her on the
driver's side of her car. There were no witnesses, and the police gave me a
ticket for unsafe passing. My insurance company (that is also her's) found me
at 100% and denied any coverage. What should I do?

Answer
HI Nina,

I'm not sure there is any advice I can give you. If the police and your own insurance company found you to be at fault after taking your statement as well as the statement of the other driver, then I think you just have to accept it.
