Auto Insurance Claims: denied claim, tow truck company, own insurance

I was in an accident with a tow truck in which i believe he was at fault however my claim to his insurance was denied in full. I was never asked for a written statement hoe do I proceed to insure all information is brought to the table regarding my claim?

Hi Adriana,

You should put in a claim to your own insurance company providing them with all of the information.  Your insurance company will do an investigation and get a copy of the police report ( if there is one) if they feel you were not at fault, they will go after the tow truck company to get back the money that they paid out as well as your deductible.
