Auto Insurance Claims: receipts for repairs, insurance fraud, forward copies

Question
I was in an accident where I was broadsided. The other parties insurance paid for entire repair. Is the bodyshop required to forward copies of all part receipts and outside vendor receipts as well as the finihed report of what was done to my car if asked for it?

Answer
Yes.  The insurance company is owed exactly what they paid for and has the right to examine all repair/part/sublet documentation.  If the body shop cannot show that they repaired the vehicle per the estimate, than they could be found guilty of insurance fraud and will owe any differences back to the insurance company.
