Auto Insurance Claims: personal injury claim from car accident, muscle relaxers, personal injury claim

Question
I now have excrutiating pain in my lower back after I do chores such as moppin, sweeping, and vacuuming.  Should I go back to the doctor? Yes, I sent a demand letter and the $3,000 was the 2nd offer they gave me.  My 4 year old daughter also complained of headaches so I took her to the doctor 2 days later. Her bill was $80 and they offered $200.  What do you think?
Thank you sooo much for your help.

Question -
My bills are totally $1,800. I was hit during the x-mas season and in pain and on muscle relaxers and pain killers for the month of Dec. It is 100% the fault of the other driver and his insurance is offering $3,000 total.  How do I handle this and is this the most I will get?

Answer
Hello again, Ronda,

I thought that you would have lower back pain this summer!  You have a somewhat serious injury, and you need to get some good doctor reports to substantiate the pain and suffering you are enduring now and in the short term future.

Stand firm and take action as I have suggested; you will prevail!

What I think was stated in my first answer in which I predicted continued pain in your lower back, and suggested that you need to return to the doctor with a lot of new information, including how you have been impacted by this pain in recent months.

Follow each of those links and you will not need to ask again because it is all laid out there for you to do it yourself.  One thing that you should pay particular attention to is my earlier suggestion regarding the use of witnesses from home and work.

As to the offer, I do not care whether or not this is the tenth time the adjuster has made the same offer to you, IT IS JUST AS UNSATISFACTORY NOW AS IT WAS BEFORE.  Do not give it the time of day.  Reject it out of hand.

If you only get her up a little bit more, you can always take her offer to an attorney and get a discount on his fees because of your existing offer.  Thus, you could go it alone just to get a better insurance settlement offer from them, and then take that insurance settlement offer to a personal injury attorney, thus exempting the amount of the offer from his fees.  Do It Yourself Personal Injury Settlement Offer Reduces Personal Injury Attorney Fees http://www.settlementcentral.com/page0109.htm

I would be sure your daughter has no residual pain or the potential of headaches before I settled her claim.  Make them pay $400 new money for her.

Best Wishes,
