Answer
Hello,

It takes about 2-4 hours to replace these lines and in most cases (with GM) you have to purchase and install special unions to join them as they may come in two pieces.  Typically you can expect 3 lbs to 4 lbs of refrigerant in them.  In my area it costs 500.00 to replace the lines in a Venture Van or Montana.  That includes parts.  If you can find someone to make a custom piece it can be quite a bit less expensive.
