Answer
Hello Lisa
I have answered this question already but it would appear the answer didn't reach you.
So here we go again.

It sounds as if your fan motor has packed up.
If it is anything else it will always work on maximum speed as it it overrides the fan speed rheostat located on the heater box. It sounds as if you have run the fan on all speeds, so we should be able to rule this out.

To test the fan, separate it from the engine power supply by disconnecting the multi-plug located near the fan itself. Usually under the passenger foot-well behind your glove box

Feed the lead going in to the fan motor with 12 volts directly from the battery. If it runs then we know it wants to work and the problem is somewhere between the switch you use to control it and the fan itself.
You will need a meter to test the continuity. This would usually be a job for an auto electrician.

I apologise for the delay in receiving these suggestions but hope they are of some help
