Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: AC dash Vent wont work, chevrolet blazer, 1997 chevrolet blazer

QUESTION: AC works and blows out of defroster and floor vents but will not blow out of dash vents.  Been told it was the actuator but there are three - where is the actuator, where is it and how do you get to it?  It did not dtop working all at one but gradually and finally quit working at all.

QUESTION: Sorry I didn't include the vehicle in the question. It is a 1997 Chevrolet blazer 2 wheel drive

ON the driver side engine compartment at the fire wall you will find a black round canister.  Look at those hoses coming out of it they tend to do bad.  Just replace them if bad or connect them if they have come off.  This should solve it, if you continue with problems let me know and we will go from there.
