Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: ac problem, evaporator, freon

Question
I have a 2003 concorde. The air conditioner wasn't blowing as cold as it used to and I started seeing a whitish smoke or fog coming from my vents when i had the temp turned down.  I had the evaporator replaced and it is still blowing the smoke, I mostly notice it in the morning about two or three minutes after I turn it on.  I was told this may just be condensation, but it has never done this in the past.  Also, is this harmful to breath?

Answer
Cindy,

I haven't seen a problem like this before so I can't really say what it is, or if its harmful to breath. But if it has a chemical smell to it don't use the a/c because it could be freon and that is harmful to breath in. I think it might be a leak in the evaporator or the lines that feed into the evaporator, have that checked again.
