Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: A/C problem, toyota harrier, maintenance records

Hi Sir, i just bought a used Toyota Harrier (Rx300 in central America) and the A/C seems to have a problem. It does comes on ok, I hear the sound a normally functioning A/C system makes & I can actually hear the air blowing but the problem is, a very small amount of air seems to be making it out of the air vents, whichever way you configure it. THe car shows signs of being in an accident at the front before, though i dont have previous maintenance records. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

It sound like something is obviously blocking the vents, so what i would do is take a air nozzle and blow it down the vents and see if that makes a difference. If not I would then pull the dash and vents to a look and see if there are any blockages.
