Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: ac, vacuum hose, side vents

i have a 2005 3/4 ton 4x4 diesel and the ac blows cold out of the two driver side vents but the two passenger side vents blow 30 degrees warmer, what is wrong?

Hey Blaine,

It sounds like the air is coming out of the heating duct so that would mean the door that closes or opens to allow heat is getting stuck and hot and cold air are getting mixed making it warmer. I know this system is vacuum controlled so you might have to check the vacuum hose to the mode door and you'll find the problem.
