where can I find the orifice tube on a 94 z28?

The orifice tube filter is in the small liquid line near the receiver drier. This is located at the rear right side firewall. You can tell where the orifice filter is by looking at the small aluminum tube, it usually has small crimps about two inches down the tube, this acts as the bottom out for the tube. Use a pair of good needle nose pliers to slowly pull it out. You will have to separate two lines to gain access. Be careful, sometimes it can be hard to remove. Pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the orifice tube.
