Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: a/c few vents working, vacuum leak, engine manifold

i have a 02 dakota 3.9ltr my a/c only puts air out on the defrost selection (vents near the windshield) it just trickles out of all the other vents no matter what position the selector is in ,and also i was wondering where the a/c water drain was going so i looked and its draining under the passanger seat carpet ....help

you may have a vacuum leak -check the vac lines from the firewall back to the engine manifold source,  may be off cracked or broken, the source line is where the refergerant lines go through the firewall-    the drain is below the right side rear of the engine   be sure it has a 90degree tube atatched to the drain and that it is clean of leaves and such  if the 90 deg tube is missing be sure to pick one up
