Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: a/c problem answer, asap thanks, heater core

David, I already tried to bypass the heater door by cutting off the coolant to the heater core. the door is totally closed and no change. Is there another sugestion you can offer me. thanks, ed

HI ED, I SUGGEST EVCUATE AND RECHARGE THE SYSTEM AGAIN-PULL A 1HR. VACCUM. FIRST, DO YOU HAVE A DOUBLE EVAP SYSTEM?
IF THERE IS TOO MUCH REFRIGERANT OIL THAT WILL AFFECT THE TEMP. OUT PUT. TOO MUCH OIL WILL DISPLACE FREON SPACE.HOW MUCH OIL WAS ADDED DURING THE REPAIR. THE WHOLE SYSTEM SHOULD ONLY HAVE ABOUT 6-8OZ.WRITE BACK ASAP...
