Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: heater problem, ford taurus, 1998 ford taurus

hi i have a 1998 ford taurus, it only has like 81,000 miles on it and the heater doesn't work. when i turn it on, at first it blows like luke warm air for maybe 10 seconds and afterwards it's all cold air, not heat. what do you think is the problem?

You probably have a cable or actuator that is  not moving the heater blend door.It`s under the dash and I would recommend a a/c shop specialist to further diagnosis your concern.Heaters don`t generally get much usage and the tend to bind alot on Fords.
