Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 97 Blazer a/c runs cool not cold, heater hoses, core change

Question
I have a 97 Blazer with 120000 miles.  Last year the ac worked great.  this year the ac blows cool but not cold.  I am getting a duct temp of about 60 deg.  R134 level is good.  The compressor seems to run normally, pretty much all the time the ac is selected.  I did just replace the heater core but this problem existed before the core change.  The pipes on either side of the accumulator are cold and it drains water.  Any thoughts on what to do next.

Answer
Try pinching off the heater hoses might be the temprature blend door cable is out of adjustment i think that you can acess the cable through the rear of the glove box  also see if its pulling outside air listen for a change in air flow sounds inside the cab  engine on  switch from max to norm should hear a difference w/ blower on high
