Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Air not coming out of vents, cadillac eldorado, fan work

Question
I have 1988 cadillac eldorado that the air is not coming out of the a/c vents. Also, the fan work only on low and normal.............when I push the high button, it stays at the normal speed. Why?

Which vents does the air come out of ?. What you need is a diagnostic procedure that is very simple to do.
