Question -
The air in our 1996 Honda Accord recently quit working.  Below is a list of items checked.  Please let me know what I am missing.  Thank you.
1. The Condenser fan went out and was recently replaced.
2. The fuses have been checked and there is power going to the compressor.
3. The fan relays have been checked and they are working correctly.
4. We ran power directly to the compressor and the clutch engages and the system cools properly.
5. The freon level is correct - 100 lbs pressure when system is not running.
6. The AC switch lamp on the dash is on.
7. The fuses under the hood are good.
8. The lower pressure swith is good.
9. The clutch on the compressor was working properly until I replaced the condensor fan.  I checked all connections and everything is connected as before.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

autohelp

95 degrees outside temperature

Idle engine
High - 130
Low - 55-60

Raced engine
High - 115-120
Low - 40-45

Suction line was cold and cold air inside car.
We do not know where we are loosing our 12-volt circuit.
We tested low pressure switch located under battery and it was good.  It was also closed when compressor was not running.  The only way we could get the compressor to run was to straight wire 12-volts to compressor from battery.  We ran it for about 5 minutes like this.

Answer
I am not that familiar with Honda's. Dies your system have a PRESSURE CYCLING SWITCH on the accumulator or a POA vale or similar. If you can get me some pictures of all your sensors and devices I will look in my tech manuals and see what I can find.
