Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1996 Cadillac A/C, cadillac dealer, compressor clutch

Hi Tom,
I have a 1996 Cadillac STS. The A/C compressor started to make some noise after a recent trip.
Now the insturment panel states that the A/C is off, low on freon. I have 134a freon and gauges to add freon, but how do I turn the A/C back on.
This unit was repaired by a Cadillac dealer aprox 2 years back- new compressor/clutch/blower motor.

I have pictures and a diagnostic chart and simple instructions on how to jumper the cycling switch in order to get the compressor to engage.
