water runs from under the dash board "passenger side" when the ac is running 95 honda accord

I am assuming that this water is getting the carpet WET ?.

Normally this water should drip onto the outside of the vehicle onto the ground.

You will need to crawl under the car and look for a small tube or hole about the siaze of your little finger and clean out the debris that has this normally OPEN drain plugged up.
