Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: no air thru mid vents, buick park avenue, controller module

Question
I have a 96 Buick Park Avenue. I cannot get either cooled or warm air to come out of the mid-vents either in auto or manual mode.  When the air direction is set to "mid", air comes out of the small vents at the top of the door panel and weakly out of the floor and windshield vents.  Any suggestions, please?  Thank you

you have a problem within the mode door controller module.

Without having access to the vehicle and not being able to read the vehicles information with the appropriate DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT there are just to many possible faults that it could be to even make an educated guess.
