Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: saturn air conditioner, vacuum pump, orifice tube

Question
I have a dead  97 Saturn A/C R134. With no pressure indicated, I replaced the compressor.
Now I have recharged and show about 30 low side and 210 high side. The pressures do not change much with RPM changes and I get no cooling. The compressor is on all the time and the condenser does not heat up noticibly. Does this sound like a system blockage?
Accumulator? Expansion valve?

Answer
Did you evacuate the AIR from the system using a vacuum pump ?. Did you replace the accumulator also  as well as the orifice tube (expansion valve) ?.

ALL this need to be done and the system needs to be FLUSHED out BEFORE ANY parts are installed.
