Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Chrysker Air Cond., chrysler new yorker, degree air

Question
I have a 1990 Chrysler New Yorker. Recently had it "professionaly" converted to 134a.  Worked "fair" for a few weeks.....and now produces 68 degree air. Any suggestions ???? I'm stumped.

Answer
You either have:

1. A leak in the system. (LOW FREON).

2. To much refrigerant oil was added when you converted the system.

Normally you will lose 20% efficiency of the A/C system when an R-12 system is converted over to an R-134 system.
